These Alumilite, pre-tubed pen blanks feature a baseball themed image primarily green in color. A completed pen will make a fantastic gift for a baseball player, coach or fan.

This blank is cast on a 27/64” tube specifically for a Sierra style ballpoint pen kit or one of the numerous pen kits that use the same sized tube. The tube is 2.21” long. If you have any questions about what pen kit this blank will fit on please contact me prior to turning.

The ends of the blanks will be squared and chamfered for you. When they arrive just mount on the lathe with bushings and start turning.

The photos above shows four sides of the image on the blank. These blanks are handmade so they may contain some surface imperfections or may not be perfectly square. Any surface imperfections will be eliminated during the turning process, If, after turning there are any imperfections to the blank which can reasonably be attributed to a casting error the blank will be promptly replaced.
