Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped from Ohio using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier, based on cost, service, and delivery requirements. Shipping charges for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout. Orders of $35 or more ship free within the United States.
Most Ohio Penworks pen blanks are made to order and normally ship within 1–2 weeks. Ready-to-ship items are identified separately. When an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will normally ship together when the made-to-order blanks are complete.
International Shipping
Shipping to Canada is available. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Canadian orders do not qualify for the $35 U.S. free-shipping offer. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact Ohio Penworks before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided.
