By using this website or placing an order with Ohio Penworks, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Products and Orders

Ohio Penworks specializes in handcrafted label-cast pen blanks. Most blanks are made to order for the specific pen kit selected by the customer. Because each blank is individually handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, color, positioning, or other details may occur.

Product photographs and artwork are intended to represent the design as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pen kit when ordering. If you are uncertain which option to select, please contact Ohio Penworks before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Ohio Penworks may create custom pen blanks from customer-supplied photographs, artwork, or original designs. By submitting an image, you represent that you own the image or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce and use it.

Ohio Penworks reserves the right to decline any custom order involving copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material when appropriate authorization has not been provided.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, and product specifications may change without notice. Ohio Penworks reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or other website information and to cancel or refund an order when necessary because of an error or unavailable product.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping, delivery, and return policies are described on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original Ohio Penworks photographs, product descriptions, website content, branding, and original designs are the property of Ohio Penworks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Artwork incorporated into certain products may be owned by or licensed from third parties. Purchase of a pen blank does not transfer ownership of, or rights to reproduce, the underlying artwork.

Use of Products

Pen turning involves tools, machinery, adhesives, finishing materials, and other processes outside the control of Ohio Penworks. Customers are responsible for using appropriate equipment, techniques, and safety precautions when turning or otherwise working with pen blanks.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ohio Penworks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this website.

Changes to These Terms

Ohio Penworks may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this website.
